BPG Inspectors
BPG inspectors perform comprehensive visual inspections involving a home’s major visible, structural and mechanical systems for homeowners and prospective buyers. BPG Inspectors adhere to the appropriate state licensing law for home inspections (where applicable) or a nationally recognized standard or practice for home inspections such as ASHI or NACHI standard. The items examined in a typical home inspection include the plumbing, electrical, heating and air conditioning systems, foundation, roof, exterior and interior structures and built-in appliances. The visual inspection culminates in a set of comprehensive, computer generated reports describing the condition of the items and systems inspected. Your digital report with photos will be delivered within 24 hours or less.
Very professional, thorough, honest, and informative. I would give 10/10 to anyone buying a house and in need of an inspection. Nathan showed me the inside and outside of my new home during his inspection. I am purchasing my first house. The report was very detailed and included great feedback on the next steps.
Our home was thoroughly inspected by the Home Inspector. We are extremely happy with his work, and we would highly recommend him to anyone who needs their home inspected.
Our home inspector performed a thorough and excellent job. His attention to detail and his time spent explaining his findings gave me the peace of mind I needed to purchase the house. Highly recommended.
Very professional and knowledgeable.
I regret hiring BPG in January to inspect the home we purchased. The main issues I have had to deal with are: It has been 4 months since the inspection, and I have still not received the thermal imaging report for which I paid extra. The pest inspection was all clear, but within a month after closing on the house, termites swarmed out of the guest room wall. Luckily, the house was under a termite contract. There were several other issues I have since discovered that I think should have been noted on the report (dead outlets, signs of rodents in attic and crawl space, etc.), but they are debatable since he did not move the seller’s belongings (which is probably a company policy and not his negligence). They had difficulty scheduling & rescheduling inspection times because they were not fully aware of their inspectors’ availability. Had they provided me with a clear understanding of the condition of the property, I might not have made the purchase. Either way, I paid BPG more than $500 for all of the inspections, and I feel like it was entirely a waste because: one of the reports I did not receive, the pest inspector did not catch the termite activity, and the home inspector noted an excessive number of areas as being inaccessible due to the belongings of the seller.
