BPG inspectors perform comprehensive visual inspections involving a home’s major visible, structural and mechanical systems for homeowners and prospective buyers. BPG Inspectors adhere to the appropriate state licensing law for home inspections (where applicable) or a nationally recognized standard or practice for home inspections such as ASHI or NACHI standard. The items examined in a typical home inspection include the plumbing, electrical, heating and air conditioning systems, foundation, roof, exterior and interior structures and built-in appliances. The visual inspection culminates in a set of comprehensive, computer generated reports describing the condition of the items and systems inspected. Your digital report with photos will be delivered within 24 hours or less.
Larry was my inspector. He explained everything to me during the inspection, answered all of my question. Luckily the house is in great condition so no major concerns, but he did point out a few minor issues that i should address. Very satisfied with his service.
Very informative Major findings along with concerning parts that should be checked on a annual bases. Explained in a professional manner. Covered from top to bottom 5 Star company…..
Not an honest inspection company. At least the person (Tim) wrote a very dishonest inspection. As a first time buyer, I didn’t know what to look for but he missed or “conveniently” missed key components. Absolutely would not recommend.
