BPG inspectors perform comprehensive visual inspections involving a home’s major visible, structural and mechanical systems for homeowners and prospective buyers. BPG Inspectors adhere to the appropriate state licensing law for home inspections (where applicable) or a nationally recognized standard or practice for home inspections such as ASHI or NACHI standard. The items examined in a typical home inspection include the plumbing, electrical, heating and air conditioning systems, foundation, roof, exterior and interior structures and built-in appliances. The visual inspection culminates in a set of comprehensive, computer generated reports describing the condition of the items and systems inspected. Your digital report with photos will be delivered within 24 hours or less.
So friendly, so detailed which is what I needed with my home due to having a baby on the way and 2 more kids. I want to make sure that the home was in great shape before my family and I start our memories there. And Anthony put me at easy. Thank you!
Ceiling fans didnt work. Wrong didnt turn on switch. Just tried remotes. Said had electrical outlets broke on patio but they are covered ones and he couldnt figure out how to open them. Said roof needed things to be replaced. Licensed roofer came out and said this is ridiculous. Did 100.00 caulk .he said rain cap in chimney was wrong and needed to be replaced. Wrong. Roofer said was fine and same as all the other houses.
. Brian Lang performed a thorough home inspection, walked me through what he found and had time for all my questions and concerns. He talked about things that should be addressed, either immediately or in the near future. And, he was available a few days later to answer some questions over the phone.
