After having Dave inspect my older home (built in 1911) including a RADON test, it was brought to my attention that in my area of town, the concentrations of RADON are higher, and, through the test it was revealed that I have higher than acceptable levels. Dave could have just left it at that and moved on, but Dave is many steps above in his professionalism and came back to me with several options of how to take care of the problem, from DIY to professional. You will experience the level of care that Dave takes in his inspections, the thoroughness of all he looks at, even using a thermal imaging camera to help uncover hidden problems that are not visible to the naked eye.
