After the inspection is complete, we will provide you with a detailed written and digital photo report for your own review and analysis. Other categories reviewed include but are not limited to; windows & doors, basements & crawlspaces, roofs & attics, where applicable.

Chose Bradley Home Inspections due to his high praise on Google reviews and proximity to my prospective home. Bradley was clear, knowledgeable, and really thorough in his report which even included rough estimates for repairs. The house being an older twin required some extra attention and it was clear Bradley had a soft spot for these historic structures. He was also able to provide some general info regarding the district and local regulations. Huge huge help in all this, Thanks Bradley!

. Being first time home buyers, we followed him throughout the inspection and he explained what and why he was doing things and allowed us to ask him numerous questions throughout the process. He noted all concerns, no matter how minor and provided a thorough and detailed report, which was easy to follow and understand. He provided a report back in 24 hours, giving us ample time to reply to the seller. Highly recommend using this company.

We chose him because his rates for home, termite, and radon inspections were the most reasonable and he was also the most professional in communication. He tends to arrive early for inspections and start with the exterior first, then when we arrived he said we could follow him around and ask questions. It helped that he told us things that would be “nice to know” but would not be in the report to give us the most realistic picture of what’s urgent and not. John was very comprehensive in documenting everything with pictures and we received the full report within a few hours. It had pictures, explanations, and even estimated quotes for repairs that helped us in the negotiation process. We loved working with him and asked for his help again with the re-inspection. He definitely went above and beyond in communicating with our realtor as well as the seller’s contractor that was handling repairs for us, making an already-stressful process of buying a house more manageable. I would definitely recommend John Brady if you need an inspection done on your house!
