Brett The Home Inspector is an Arizona-based company owned and operated by Brett Kniffen. Brett grew up working in homes and in the construction industry, learning about plumbing, HVAC, fire protection, and fleet maintenance from an early age. After being introduced to the home inspection process by his father, an inspector, Brett was approached by several real estate agents who believed that he would be a great fit for today’s home inspection industry. Now, he uses his extensive knowledge of construction, his passion for the latest technology, and his patience and customer service skills to offer great home inspection services in Oro Valley, Tucson, Saddlebrooke, Marana, Vail, and Green Valley.

I’ve used a lot of home inspectors in the past, be it selling or purchasing and Brett is the best. He is very meticulous and will take all the time you need to go through the inspection report. The electronic report he provides is very easy to navigate and the means of communicating back to our realtor via the report is very nice.
