He helped us identify major issues on the first (fire damage and some structural issues) so we called him again for the second – which we now feel comfortable closing on. He came back twice because we had some scheduling issues – which was above and beyond. He took his time, explained things, and answered my many questions. The report provided is very thorough and will be great to have as a reference as we do work updating the place.

As a first time home buyer he was very communicative on any issues he saw, large or small. He also took the time to walk through the costs of homeowner maintenance and things to keep our eyes on in the future. I would definitely recommend Kevin for your own home inspection
