I promptly received my inspection report shortly after the inspection was performed. It was very thorough and included pictures that were helpful in explaining what safety or structural issues need to be monitored or addressed.

We contacted Scott at Brightside via his website after needing an inspector last minute for a home purchase in this crazy climate. Scott’s website was detailed and well put together and allowed my wife and I to understand the inspection part of home buying process with ease. He was really easily reached via text and when it came to the inspection process itself. This person put faith in me that my possible future home was thoroughly inspected and he explained every step of the process with us there inspecting with him.
Our inspection was easy to book online and worked out well. Scott was thorough, and got us a comprehensive report with photos very quickly.
