One year later the same company, different man found too many things wrong. I would NEVER recommend this company. My friend is going through HELL because of this company. And my friend is a single woman senior citizen being taken advantage of.
Very unprofessional! Should understand that a lot of people have cameras in their houses these days! Have him on camera telling the potential buyers during the walk through, that our kitchen faucet did not work! He then told them that there was probably a broken pipe and we probably shut the water off! Totally freaked the buyers out! All because he could not figure out how to work a motion activated faucet! Run your hand underneath the sensor and wow look at that it works just fine!! Also told them the dead bolt to a door didn’t work, which it works just fine! Could not light our stove so he told them it was broken too!! It works just fine!! I am not just throwing this stuff out there, IT IS ALL ON CAMERA (with sound)!! Very disappointed in the lack of professionalism displayed!
