Matt is amazing! I thank God (and Matt) that he found the problems with our house during the warranty period, or we would still be paying for the remediation, as it was extremely expensive to repair. I say all the the time that Matt saved our lives, and I believe that is the truth. Had he not been so thorough we could still be breathing in the toxic air! Matt and his team are by far the best home inspectors we have ever had!

Matt did the inspection of my house 3 years ago prior to my purchase. February 23, 2021 10:08 am

I called on him to do another inspection in June. He found mold and standing water in the crawl space and found the exhaust vent on the roof was cracked. The good Lord was looking out for me. Due to the findings during the inspection, I had a restoration company do cleanup of the crawl space, had the exhaust vent replaced, and had additional gutters with down spouts added. Thanks to Matt and his staff for a job well done.

Matt with Building Specs has been performing home inspections for me personally and my clients for almost 20 years. It is important to know and use a home inspector that you can rely on and is knowledgeable in the field and Matt is certainly one of those people. I have been a Real Estate agent for 20+ years and respect Matt and his company Building Specs.
