We had an outdoor kitchen, patio, outdoor restroom, pool, outdoor fireplace, and sound system installed. Very thorough inspection. Quick to respond and able to get us in on short notice. We appreciate the detailed inspection report. I will use this company again should we sell our home or make any additions.
I recommend this guy to be your home inspector. He was not thorough at all. There were a couple major issues that he missed including the master bath faucet being faulty, which caused the water to continuously run with no way to turn it off other than shutting down the main water valve to my house. He also missed this hole in my roof caused by the satellite. Now he said he inspected the roof via drone, but I just don’t understand how this could have been missed. Oh yeah, he was also extremely rude to my realtor.
Extremely thorough. We have used Bulls Eye several times and highly recommend their service. They accommodate tight schedules and offer Above expectations service.
