Brendan is awesome. Came early and did a thorough review of the home. Also he is available after the home inspection to answer any question. They also have a discount for first time home buyer. Please choose them, i know I will.

Brendan was professional, courteous and well versed in everything there is to know about a home. Proactively answering any questions I had by explaining everything he was inspecting along with answering any other inquiries I had. All this, along with being a stand up guy, I would recommend him to any and all in The process of finding a home. 10/10

I’m in the process of buying a house and was told it was imperative to have a home inspection completed as soon as possible. My realtor recommended that I contact B&W Home Inspection. I couldn’t be happier that I did! When I told Brendan about the nature of my situation and that time was of the essence, he made sure to fit me into his schedule for the very next day! If this wasn’t impressive enough, I couldn’t believe how knowledgeable, thorough, and honest he was. He was also extremely patient, taking the time to answer every question and explain ALL of his findings, sometimes more than once. Upon checking my email early this morning, I was pleasantly surprised that the inspection paperwork was already complete and ready for me to view.
