Even though I submitted the request form on a Sunday morning, Josh called me right away to get more information and confirm time. On the day of the inspection, Josh was professional, friendly, and very thorough with what he had taken note of. All reports (including wood destroying insects and radon) were sent to me within 24 hours and inspection report was equally thorough (29 pages!) with many pictures and no surprises. Great experience overall!
Josh was extremely thorough and meticulous, and took great pictures and notes for all areas of the inspection. He sent a super detailed report after the inspection was completed. I’m a first-time home buyer, so I had a lot of questions. Josh took the time to answer all my questions and walked us through everything he inspected. He encouraged us follow up with him if we need any repairman recommendations. I was completely satisfied with the service Josh provided and would highly recommend him!
