Will made this process so easy! He did a pre-purchase home inspection for me and I was so happy with his service I called him back before I closed on my house to let him inspect the repairs that were made. He was always so polite and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. He worked around my timeline (which was pretty short-notice) and made sure I had everything when I needed it. He was very attentive to detail and his report was the easiest one I’ve ever worked with. The report was emailed to me and contained a link where I could create my own “fix-it” list that made requesting repairs from the sellers super easy. All I had to do was check boxes from the report and it generated the list with another link that I sent to my real estate agent, easy peasy!

Will Coker provided instant communication, a deep knowledge base, and a friendly attitude. The report came back to me one day later and it was so easy to read, sort through, and digest—everything from the table of contents to the format of the document to the pictures and recommendations. The “Action Items” report is so straightforward and easy to use. Cahaba Home Inspectors are the best that I have dealt with in my career.
