Mike was fantastic! Very thorough and took the time to explain everything that he found, no matter how big or small. His report was so easy to read and he understand with lots of photos AND was in our email in less than an hour! I’d use him again in a heartbeat!
Mike provided a great home inspection service that made me feel very informed with the state of my home. He was very thorough and made sure that I understood all of the issues with the home and answered all questions I had about what he found. The report that Mike creates and delivers promptly after the inspection includes all of his findings in full detail for your records. He also informs you of the general housekeeping items that are great things for the new owners to keep track of. I would recommend Mike and Cal-Pro to anyone who is looking to really understand the condition of their home!
I couldn’t make it to the appointment myself, but the building agent at the property said he went through everything possible and was there for an extended amount of time. At first, i was uneasy about paying the price for an inspection on a new build, but after receiving the report with detailed photos and descriptions, I do not regret the decision at all. The report was emailed to me promptly and also sent to the realtor with zero work or communication needed on my end. I will definitely be recommending this business to everyone in the future including the next home I will be buying in the near future..
