I found Mr. Wiley through a mutual acquaintance. When I reviewed his website, I found it to be very informative and more professional than others that I found. When I contacted Mr. Wiley, he was very friendly and willing to answer the questions I had about booking the inspection. He e-mailed the inspection contract in a timely manner and I was able to pay through the link provided in the contract. He found things that I would have never known to ask about during the inspection. I appreciate the time he took to explain the report to me.
