Steve was extremely detailed oriented, left no stone unturned, and speedy. Inspection was scheduled the day after it was requested, and the report was complete in fewer than 10 hours. Highly recommended.

My husband and I are in the process of purchasing a home while being 5 hours away. Steve and I had great communication prior to the inspection. We were unable to attend the inspection, however received a very comprehensive report, easy to read, great photos, and good advice in regard to what are hazards, recommendations, and DIY’s. Steve arranged to talk with us after the inspection and we are very confident in knowing what we are buying and what needs to be taken care of first.

I am in the process of moving back to my hometown, which I have been away from for over 30 years. I bought a house and had no idea who to contact for my inspection. Steve was recommended… such a nice guy. He called me prior to the inspection, explained what would occur and asked if i had any questions. Since I am currently 2300 miles away, my parents attended the inspection… where he explained his findings to them as well. Steve called the day he said he would, and reviewed a very easy to read report and pictures he had taken.
