They gave us a great deal, the most competitive we could find, and Jason did a fantastic job. He also seemed to enjoy doing it, and was incredibly personable, which made out experience that much more enjoyable and easy! I will be recommending them!
When I first called Cardinal Homes (that came as a recommendation from my realtor) he was very nice and attentive to my needs and came out the following week. The notes he provided post inspection seemed to be very attentive and detailed and I was happy. 1 week later I go to put insurance on my home and was told there was an opened claim by the previous owner and I was not allowed to proceed until it was closed. Apparently, there were major issues with the roof and her insurance had recommended it be replaced. Of course insurance would not recommend this is they didn’t feel it absolutely necessary.
Very detailed home inspection prior to closing done at a fair price. Easy to understand with pictures to show exact issues found. Very thorough with up to date details and easy to contact. I highly recommend them!
