My name is Kim Carnes and I would be honored to inspect your home. I have been building and inspecting homes, condos, and construction work most of my life. I look forward to helping you better understand your home with a complete and honest inspection.
My process is not like many of the larger companies. Many home inspectors walk through the house with an inspection checklist and are done in no time at all. My inspections often take 3-5 hours and I welcome you to join me in the process so I can answer any questions you may have about the house inspection or items I mark down on my home inspection report.

Kim was extremely thorough. Kim took the time to educate us on safety and maintenance tasks most of which I had never heard about, even as a second time home buyer.
It became clear that I won’t be able to use anybody else as long as Mr. Carnes is in business. Not only he is very thorough, he is also very fair. He does not rush his inspection, but will generate his report quickly. I would recommend him without hesitation.
He takes the time to explain each and every detail of the home and gives you insight on how he would repair it if it were his home. He really puts you at ease with the biggest investment of your life! I will only use Carnes Home Inspections from here on out!
