Brett Evans originally hails from Bucks County, PA, where he attended the Electrical and Network Cabeling program at MBIT in Jamison, PA. He also worked for a small, HVAC company over the course of two summers during his high school years. He went on to graduate with a Bachelors in Environmental Studies from Temple University in Philadelphia, PA.

Shawn was great! He responded to our email inquiry very quickly and fit our tight closing schedule. Shawn’s home inspection was super thorough. He took the time to explain the issues he found, their possible causes, and which professionals to contact to fix the issues. He taught us a lot about the inner-workings of our *hopefully* new home. The amount of documentation was thorough but not too overwhelming.
I don’t even know where to start. I’ve bought two homes in the past and this is my third. I thought my last home inspector was thorough and then Shawn came along. All I have to say is WOW. He is thorough to the extreme so that really awesome. He is very nice and pleasant to talk to. He answered every question We had (and we had a lot). I had the written report the same day which blew my mind as our last inspector took two weeks. I can’t recommend Shawn enough. Any house we plan to buy in the future will definitely be looked over by Shawn. In my eyes there are now no other home inspectors in South Carolina but him.
Shawn was very thorough. He got us the report quickly, and I love the format he used to present the information. It was easy to understand, and he even added videos for a part so we could actually see the issue. We were very impressed!
