We’ve used Rusty twice now to do the home inspections and he’s been great both times! He’s very polite and professional and let us know what exactly he was doing and what he saw. He gave us his opinions and let us know when/if we needed to get a expert in the area of any major problems that he saw. The inspection reports are so detailed I didn’t even need a foundation expert to come out and give me a quote on the foundation repairs. I was able to get a quote for repair over the phone because of how detailed Rusty’s inspection report was! He even got a compliment from the foundation expert. The price also was not bad at all!
