Saved me a ton of money! Anthony’s prompt, professional inspection covered everything and helped me negotiate the best deal possible for my purchase. Not only was his price the best but his thoroughness and willingness to spend the time it took to do a great job made all the difference. He even threw in a free wind mitigation inspection! He is the best home inspector I have ever done business with and I have been in real estate for 20 years! Thank you, Anthony.

I usually do not write reviews but in the case of Carpenter Home Inspections I had to. Not only did Anthony complete the inspections at a bargain price, he followed up our initial inspection to make sure that the issues discovered were resolved and repaired properly free of charge. The integrity and attention to detail that Carpenter Home Inspections provides is be on measure. I would highly recommend Carpenter Home Inspections to anyone .

Anthony from Carpenter Home Inspections LLC is incredibly knowledgeable and pays attention to the details! When i first reached out he was quick to respond, and scheduling our appointment could not have been easier. Carpenter Home Inspections LLC does online invoicing which was very convenient as well. My husband and I are considering the purchase of a historic home built in 1920, and Anthony knew precisely what to look and test for! His work has really helped us determine whether or not purchasing this home makes sense for us. The report we received from him came promptly and was full of so much detail which was exactly what we were looking for. We had a few follow up questions as well after reviewing our report, and he was quick to respond to them (less than 10 minutes!). As we move forward in buying this home, we’ll definitely use Anthony to complete our 4 point inspection. Highly recommended!
