We are first time homebuyers and I have never been to an inspection before or dealt with one at all. Tim was very kind and explained everything thoroughly to me. I wasn’t sure what to ask but definitely felt comfortable with the answers he gave me to my questions. Very nice guy. Would highly recommend! Thank you!

With the exception of a misunderstanding regarding arrival time, Tim’s services were excellent. He was meticulous inspecting the vital components of the property we were considering purchasing, he answered our questions patiently and knowledgeable, and was professional the entire time. I was further impressed with his use of technology, utilizing a drone to evaluate our roof and the digital pictures provided in his inspection report were useful in making our decision. I wouldn’t hesitate calling on Tim again should we consider purchasing in his area.

I just recently had Tim Carter inspect the home I’m about to purchase. The inspection was thorough, well documented and well explained. Tim takes great notes and photos and is also a pleasure to speak with. Also a few months ago, Tim was chosen by the buyer of the house I was selling (that’s how I found him). From a sellers view he was equally fair and professional with his inspection. Each interaction deserves a solid 5 star review.
