Little did I know I would need to get a termite inspection as part of the requirements of a new home loan. Rob’s business was very easy to find online, by just searching for the key term termite inspection utah (or wood destroying pest inspection). A quick phone call and I had a next-day appointment scheduled. Bing Bang Done. This was the easiest and most-hassle free inspection I’ve ever had. Great work to Rob and team!

Rob & Thad were very nice, personable, knowledgeable, patient, thorough, and they walked us through our new home with our realtor and answered all of our questions as first time home buyers. I felt a lot more at ease afterwards and they sent us a beautifully organized report with photos and their findings typed out in detail that helps guide us and makes being a new homeowner less overwhelming. We had a great experience with them and they went through our new home top to bottom, I can see why our realtor trusts them! Highly recommend!
