CBI Property Inspection

My husband and I recently bought a home that was inspected by CBI and Todd the owner of CBI did the inspection. He wrote a very clean report however we are discovering that there are leaks everywhere. Electric panels are not working, dry rod ,and much more. He didn’t inspect the main water shutoff. We had leak and I called him to find out where the main water shutoff is and he didn’t know. It seems like he didn’t even inspect the property. I asked him can you please come out and show me.
