Highly recommended! We did the walkthrough with William during the inspection and so glad we did. Very informative and you learn a great deal about the house you’re buying. William was amazing to work with, and answered all of our questions. The free home warranties they offer is a great bonus. Wouldn’t use anyone else in the future.

I used Certainty Home Inspections for a new home purchase inspection in September 2020. Chris & his partner did a fantastic job with great attention to detail. They provided a detailed report with videos and photos, they answered all my questions and gave me updates through the inspection, and then recorded a video presentation that I could revisit with all of the findings. Certainty Home Inspections also provides a warranty of their work in case issues occur that were not found on the inspection after the purchase – and all for a reasonable!

William did a through inspection of the home we are considering buying and we were very happy with the findings. He obviously took his time, making sure that he found everything that would affect our decision to purchase and the enjoyment of our future home. We had a small problem accessing the video portion of the report and the staff took care of it right away. I felt it was money well spent.
