. They arrived early, had great attitudes, and literally searched every corner of the house. I’m so glad they were hired for my home inspection. I would definitely call on them in the future if need be.
My communication with Mr. Aaron was very professional, informative and high-level. The actual inspection was extremely thorough. The attention to detail coupled with the education was invaluable. This is my 3rd home and the services from CTHI has proven to be the most comprehensive of any I’ve received before. I am thankful for the referral to Certified Termite & Home Inspection Company. Their competitive pricing was also appreciated. To know they’ll be available to answer questions after I move in is a plus.
They took the time to walk me through and explain and pointed out every detail or flaw they came across. I really like the fact that they would answer all my questions and explain it to my knowledge.
