Used this company for pre-purchase home inspection, I’m kicking myself because I missed this, but when your paying $400.00 for and inspection it shouldn’t be up to you to catch something this obvious. The manager Alan sent an email stating that they don’t check for shower leaks but this is water damage from the shower that was evident before we moved into the home 3 months ago. DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE USING THIS COMPANY!!!!
