Hello, my name is Tony Cherpeski and I am the owner of Cherp Home Inspections. I want to take this opportunity to tell you a little about myself. I am a member of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI), Environmental Solutions Association (ESA), an affiliate of the Dayton Area Board of Realtors (DABR) and the Fairborn Chamber of Commerce.
My number one priority is to educate YOU! My inspection of the home is not a pass or fail test, but rather a collection of information to determine the true, factual condition of the home. Whether the home is a newly constructed home or a 100 year fixer-upper, you will benefit from my inspection. Even if no problems are found, you now have a detailed checklist of all areas of the home and how to maintain the home. All reports are generated on a PDF and emailed directly to you. Paper copy can be generated at request.
3 Reviews for Cherp Home Inspections
Tony is a true professional. As a first time home buyer I had a lot of questions about the home and the inspection process. Tony was patient and provided thorough, yet easy to understand explanations for every question. I felt like we were in great hands with Tony! Highly recommend!
Highly recommended. Tony took the time to retrace his steps, discuss what he was seeing, and add tips/advice on every issue, big or small. His knowledge is very apparent and all encompassing, and he did a great job conveying this to us! Absolutely worth considering!
Tony is the best around. He knows what he’s doing, is timely and professional. Every chance I get, I recommend him. He is so knowledgeable!
