Great communication which made it a lot easier because we couldn’t physically attend the inspection. His thorough inspection saved us from making a terrible decision on buying a house that looked too good to be true (which it was) and saved us a lot of money. Definitely would recommend him and we will definitely contact him again when we’re ready to house search again.
