He showed up on time to do the inspection of the home we were planning to buy, with everything he needed. He was very thorough, knowledgeable, and meticulous in performing the inspection, including an extensive crawl through a very low crawlspace. Two days later, he emailed me a comprehensive report that included color photos of the problem areas he identified. His report was a valuable tool for negotiating with the seller to do needed repairs before closing. He also charged the lowest rate of all the local home inspectors. You can’t go wrong by hiring him to inspect any home.
