I grew up in Jacksonville, NC (the son of a dedicated Marine) until I went into the military after graduating from high school. After retiring from the military in 2004, I immediately went into the Home Inspection business in NC and worked for a very talented and knowledgeable individual who was not only a Licensed Home Inspector, but a Licensed General Contractor, Home Builder, with Mold and Indoor Air Quality Certifications. He taught me a tremendous amount about the business and it was a pleasure to work with and for him.

He’s VERY thorough and professional. He’ll take the time to explain things if you need. Just a great company to work with! We’ll definitely use them again if we purchase another home in NC!

Excellent team all around! We're happy we hired Tom to inspect a 3BR 2.5BA SFH in Raleigh. July 21, 2020 5:12 pm

He’s punctual, detailed and thorough in his work, and communicated well in writing (report + email exchange) and verbally (appointment by phone + summary after the inspection). We’re pleased with the interaction with the office as well (Cecilia). Would not hesitate to recommend CHI for home inspections.

This is my second time using Chosen Home Inspections and similar to my first experience July 21, 2020 5:10 pm

Tom is extremely professional and takes his work seriously. He does a thorough inspection of the house and provides a quick turnaround on the reports. If you ask him a question he will respond to you and explain things thoroughly. Both Tom and his receptionists are also very responsive. They are quick in returning calls and answering emails. Overall, I have been pleased with the work from Chosen Home Inspection and I will continue to use their services for upcoming home inspection. Thanks Tom and team.
