CIS INSPECTIONS

Wonderful! Lee and Jeremy came in and we’re very timely and professional. They gave us a lot of information regarding our house, told us how we could go about getting the small fixes that needed to be done, done. Overall it was a great experience, and I’d refer them to anyone at any time.

It was a great experience. Lee provides a lot of detail in reports. He is very thorough and even discussed the property with neighbors that had seen lots of repair people coming to the home within the last few months. It gave him a lead to look closer at the air conditioning and leaks in lines that might be costly repairs down the line.

Overall, the inspection was timely and accurate, as far as it went. However there were problems. According to the instructions from the realtor, the inspector was to have contacted us (the buyer) before going to the home to discuss the scope of service to be performed, and the cost. He did not do so. The first word we heard from him was when he called to say that it had been completed, requesting payment to release the report . Only after we had paid did we find out that his inspection had neglected several important areas.

He also helped us feel a lot better once we found our home that it was in perfect shape. I would recommend Lee to anyone!
