I stayed for an hour and I’m pretty sure the Danny Clayton left right after I did. I found light and fan switchs that didn’t work. Settling driveway and steps. Bath tub that was cracked.
He was there before I was, and he was easy to work with to find a time to meet me and our agent. He addressed all concerns we had, pointed out everything that I had any worries about, and assured me that they weren’t anything to be concerned about. It was very handy he sent me the results online in a .pdf file so that I could share it with other people on a whim, instead of having to scan it then send it. As you know with the house buying process, approximately 1 Billion files, forms, and papers get sent around, so this was very convenient.
He explained everything that he found and made the home buying inspection process so easy!!!! He even printed out a super nice copy for us to keep for reference! I would recommend him to anyone! His type of professionalism and experience is hard to Come by anymore! I would trust his expertise with any home! This our 3rd house inspected by clear path and wouldn’t go with anyone else!!!
