CODE 3 Property Inspections, PLLC

As a Realtor, I have built a team of honest and reliable go-to resources to help my buyer and seller clients. Unfortunately, my go to inspectors were not able to meet the timeline my client needed- in comes Chris with Code 3 Property Inspections who blew me away with his responsiveness, knowledge, respect and customer care. He and his wife, Amanda, are great communicators, understood the dilemma we were in and filled our need with their ability to work within our time frame. Chris is an expert on all things residential, and understands the past and current codes. He is easy to talk with and takes the time to explain the deficiencies to ensure the clients leave with the knowledge and complete understanding of their purchase. The report was received within a few hours of completion using very user friendly software that included an interactive “punch list”. Chris is great! I felt at ease buying the home, as he was able to show us how things worked, what to look out for, and found a few problem for the builder to fix. He truly cares about you having the information to make an educated decision on a future home. I’ve gotten two inspections from him now, and if I needed a third I would choose him again (hopefully I don’t need a third though ????).
