In the report I was given, there are at least a half dozen instances where the inspector was completely wrong on things he listed in his report. Including, stating that there is carpet in my basement, my completely unfinished basement AND that my garage door is made of aluminium when it is clearly a wood door. I would not recommend this company to inspect anything.
Jovan & his team have done multiple inspections for my clients. They are very informative, helpful and genuinely care about their clients. We had various questions about their findings and each time they explained the situation they were friendly and very helpful. They were able to communicate in Spanish with my clients which made them very happy. Will definitely be working with them in the future!!!
Great experience with this company, in the process of purchasing our first home and Rafael our inspector walked us through the process and answered every question we had. He went above and beyond to make sure our future home is 100% safe and move in ready!
