I hired Complete Home Inspection to inspect a home as potential buyer on 6/29/2020. Our inspector was Rick and his son(?). Rick found several issues which we were able to negotiate with the seller for money off closing costs. He walked us through the issues identified, and provided a binder explaining everything they found. This was the good. Here’s the bad: Now that we are in the home, we’re seeing that he also missed MANY issues with the windows.
