Although friends mean well, unless they are trained and really know what to look for, they will miss things that will undoubtedly cost you after you have already closed and moved into the home. At that point, it’s too late. Since beginning in January of 2003, I have performed many, many inspections and have received numerous personal referrals from friends, families of previous clients, from mortgage companies, real estate agents, and appraisers. A personal referral is truly the highest form of any compliment.

Mr. Daniel Crigger was awesome! I was able to set an appointment up with him for a home inspection for the very next day. He did a great and thorough job with the inspection! He had the full report sent to us within the same day of the inspection including details and pictures. I appreciated how easy he was to communicate with and how quick and efficient he was with the inspection.

Mr. Crigger performed a full, pre-purchase home inspection for me in September 2020. The inspection was right after Hurricane Sally and despite still cleaning up from the storm, came out to take a look at the home I was in the process of purchasing. His attention to detail and professionalism was top-notch and even took the time to follow up with me on questions I had after the inspection.
