Mike is exceptionally thorough and knowledgeable. He also dares to tread where other inspectors would not go (to include an impossibly small crawl space!) to ensure that the inspection is complete and accurate. He also took the time to answer any questions I had and to show me exactly what was contained in the report. Highly recommend!!

Excellent inspection and presentation of results. Extremely thorough inspection on our new construction home with identification of deficiencies we would of never expected on a “new build.” Showed up on sight and was working before I ever got to the house (15 min early.) Highly recommend for any home inspection you may need.

First of all this was not the place i originally intended to use. The other place has great reviews but after leaving a message in the morning they never called back. I called in the afternoon and no answer, no call back. Then in the evening they called and by then I had already scheduled Mike. I’m so glad it worked out that way! Mike was awesome! Great customer service, great communication. He actually acted a though he cared about what he was telling me. He was very thorough as well. To be honest I never thought I needed an inspection. I thought house was move in ready this is just a waste of money. Boy was I wrong. He found a laundry list of minor things that needed my attention. Also, an issue with the roof I would never have known about. He spent the time, took the pictures, and made notes. A+ service way worth the money. Let Mike take care of you and I bet he answers or calls you right back.
