Comprehensive Home Inspection is fully insured and licensed. CHI was previously licensed in MA for 8 years. When NH began licensing home inspectors CHI was one of the first to be licensed in NH.

This guy is a zero. I have bought and sold a great many homes over the years, and I have never seen anyone as incompetent as Tom Fleischman. No report necessary he said. Well, let me list the things he missed. Water damage on outside door frames (all of them). Non-operating windows all over the house. The second furnace is 12 years older than the house is (he sure went up there to check it out, but I think he just walked around and made noise). All the time wink-wink at my broker with a simile. This guy is the one the brokers call because he doesn’t find anything. If your choice is Comprehensive Home Inspection or your Aunt Clara from Ohio, call your Aunt Clara from Ohio to do your home inspection – she’ll do a better job than Tom. And she’ll likely write up a report! Comprehensive – not so much.

When he showed up (early), he was immediately recognized and respected by both the selling agent and the buying agent on the day of our inspection. If you search for him, you’ll see he is listed by several local real estate firms as a recommended provider. At first that made me cautious (I don’t really trust realtors), but within 30 seconds of seeing him poking, prodding and measuring every corner of the property, and hearing how knowledgeable he is, made me very glad we went with him. He is very nice and personable, both my wife and I followed him along every step of the inspection and he patiently answered all of our questions. Tom wrote up a complete report which is proving essential in the process of closing our home. When he pointed out serious things, some which were initially hidden, the seller agent didn’t even try to dispute and this inspection has paid for itself already. Overall, we’re very glad to have worked with Tom: he’s a real character and great professional.

I have been in Real Estate for 29 years. I have sold over 700 houses. I have been through over 500 home inspections. I found Tom to be knowledgeable and professional in all aspects of the home. I have never had a problem with a Buyer or Seller after one of his inspections. He is truly one of the best.
