Jody was very thorough in his inspection walked us through the process with great detail and knowledge of the home and what to look for highly recommended inspector.

Jody did a great job. He was thorough and explained all the details in his inspection. He did not give us his opinion, but merely stated what he saw that was a problem or would become a problem. He also showed us the positive aspects of the house, which is always nice to hear about the good things. Buyers and sellers alike would be wise to hire Jody for inspections because of his honesty and attention to detail. All in all we are very happy with his inspection and excited to be in our new house.
