Joe has been a Home Inspector since 2014 and has been involved in the home improvement industry for over 20 years. After spending a few years as an electrical engineer, Joe decided to become an independent home inspector based on his desire to help others and his expertise in the home improvement industry.

I selected this business for my home inspection during my buying process and I couldn’t have picked a better option! Joe is very professional, thorough, and wants to make sure you are well informed about everything he finds in the house. Joe was very patient, answered all questions asked, and made sure I was satisfied with the review before we concluded at the house. The report he sent was very easy to follow, organized well, and included pictures of each item on the report. I would highly recommend using his services if you are buying a house! It’s money very well spent!
