I called Jason on a Friday and had our inspection on a Monday. He got there early to take pictures of the outside using the drone because of daylight savings, with no extra charge. All throughout the inspection he pointed out different things to us and explained what they meant. He took time to allow us to ask questions and was fully open and honest throughout the entire ordeal. The report was super detailed and he reached out afterwards to see if we had any questions and answered them.
