The people doing the home inspection were prompt and thorough. For just the standard inspection, it was very detailed and extensive. I am extremely satisfied with the level of service with this company! Highly recommend.

Another update to my original review: We were served with a notice from the Philadelphia Water Department last night (6 weeks after we moved into our house) for a damaged vent pipe that is causing a sinkhole in the street just below the curb. I had noticed the beginning of this sinkhole when I came for the inspection, but didn’t think it was related to anything in the house. Somehow the inspector also didn’t think it was worth noting even though he inspected the vent pipe drain cover a few inches away. Now we’re responsible for paying thousands of dollars to have it fixed.

I was able to get an appointment within a couple of days and the payment process was clear and easy. Pat and Marlon were very punctual, professional, and thorough. Pat pointed out some issues with a house I was recently looking at that he encouraged me to investigate further. I am so glad I did, because it turned out the repairs could have cost me tens of thousands of dollars to make. Unfortunately, I decided not to continue with the sale, but I am so grateful that Pat brought everything to my attention – he saved me from losing a lot of money!! The report he generated was so explicit and thorough that I am sold on using this company for all my future inspections!!
