Tim was very thorough with inspection and give me a very detail report on it. Allowed me to ask question at any point in time so I would be understand each item he was talking about. It was very helpful and made me feel good about our new home

We reached out to Tim for a full inspection prior to placing my mother-in-law’s house on the market. Tim spent several hours giving the place a thorough inspection and went through the results with us before leaving, allowing us to ask questions. Here are the things I want to highlight: – He found everything we knew about as issues, so that was a good start (always a good sign when your inspector finds all the items you know are in need of fixing). – He found numerous other things needing correction, including a couple items which, if not corrected, would have been blockers to selling the house. – His information and report were clear, detailed and very understandable. It was huge boost of confidence ahead of time to understand what was in the must-do pile and what wasn’t. It certainly allowed us to move forward with confidence and also to be highly decisive about what we would entertain as negotiable items and which things we would dismiss as non-negotiable. Information is power when it comes to negotiations and the better your information, the better your bargaining position. It certainly was the case with this sale – it is sold and we couldn’t have been more happy with the information Tim provided us.

Tim was very easy to work with. He was very easy to communicate with and showed up on time. He did a very thouro inspection and had my best interests in mind. I highly recommend Tim.
