20 years in the carpentry/general contracting field has allowed me to become aware of common areas of concern while inspecting homes for prospective buyers and sellers. And knowing how a home is built from the ground up is crucial in knowing how all of the homes major systems are supposed to operate properly. This experience plus an even keeled, easy to get along with personality is helping me to inform buyers on how to make an educated decision on the biggest purchase of their lives and how to plan for expected home maintenance. In addition to serving home buyers I also highly recommend and provide pre-listing home inspections for those preparing to put their home on the market. Because this may help better prepare the home for sale by locating and correcting potential problem areas before the 11th hour of the transaction. As a result, this will help to lower stress levels of the buyers, sellers and agents involved.

Sean did not detect SEVERAL COSTLY DEFECTS during our home inspection and now we are responsible for repairs . He lacks attention to detail and doesn’t do a thorough inspection.i do NOT recommend using his service.
We needed a home inspection completed on a new home purchase in a short window of time. Sean at Corspec Home Inspection was available to assist. Sean was very professional and performed a timely and thorough inspection. He provided recommendations and referrals that were very helpful. What we liked most was how Sean explained the home inspection process, his findings, and what potential options could be available. He was patient with answering our questions and made sure we were comfortable with everything that was performed. He is extremely knowledgeable about the process and has an eye for things that might be overlooked during a basic home inspection. We were pleased with his service, and would use Corspec Home Inspections again in the near future for any other property projects!
