The foundation was failing. When we sold the house a few years later, the inspector hired by the buyers noticed the problem, and pointed out warning signs that should have been apparent to him when he inspected the home. His lack of attention to some pretty obvious red flags cost us thousands of dollars and a great deal of time. He agreed to send us a check, but never followed through. We thought we hired an expert and a professional, but it turned out he lacked expertise as well as professionalism.

We will not use anyone else in the state. They saved us from what I can only call, the money pit. Quick turnaround on the inspection report, extremely thorough. They are extremely helpful and explained everything to us. Can not recommend them highly enough!
