We purchased a house through our realtor at Shafran realty and the home inspection was done by this company. We were given a clean inspection report. Post move in we discovered a leak in master toilet, no hot water in all of the guest bath, HVAC air circulation not working and one of the guest toilets not flushing. All problems were told to exist for a long time by the repair contractors and that which could be discovered at home inspection. We were misguided by this company and are now pursuing matters with the realtor/broker. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY FOR HOME INSPECTIONS EVER!!!!!
