The property that Michael inspected for me was a rental property that I had purchased. I wanted a better handle on the repairs that needed to be done before I called a contractor in. Michael was very thorough and personable. I arrived at the property just as he was finishing up. He stayed and went over the items that he had found.

Michael is an outstanding inspector. He was extremely thorough and tested everything’s operation to ensure it operated in an expected manor. Technically a shower just needs to drip water to be functional right? But he takes the time to test and annotate that it functions like we all know a shower/ faucet or whatever should. Being a do it yourself-er its great that I will have a little list of things that need to be taken care of before I start having major issues with my home. He uses a great tablet application and documents everything with photos so they it can be referenced quickly and you cant deny issues when he shows you the pictures.
