We had a home inspection for a potential house done by Cozy Home Inspection and I can’t say enough how lucky we were to choose Cozy! Brett was so incredibly knowledgeable about all facets of the house. He walked into the house and immediately found things I never would have seen. He did such thorough job, and I felt completely comfortable that nothing was missed. This was the first house I had ever been under contract to purchase and Brett took a perfect amount of time to talk to my wife and I about the findings of his inspection. He was also very quick with his written report. He was very honest and up front with his findings, which felt great to have someone looking out for my best interests.
